Concern buys from Brazilian manufacturers and exports as a trading company. For the manufacturer it is a domestic sale with export tax benefits; we handle everything else.
For a manufacturer, exporting through Concern means selling in Brazil: they invoice us specifically for export, with the tax benefits that brings, and we take care of the rest, from the proposal to the buyer until the cargo arrives.
So the manufacturer does not need a foreign trade department, foreign exchange contracts or dealings with another country's customs. And the buyer abroad has a single point of contact who speaks their language.
As early as 2016, a stainless steel equipment manufacturer was sending export quote requests from its own website straight to Concern.
