How we work

One shipment, four stages, one point of contact

  1. Quote

    We learn the product, volume and destination, and send back a proposal with price, lead time and delivery terms.

  2. Documents

    We prepare the invoice, packing list and export registration, and obtain the licenses the product requires.

  3. Shipping

    We book the freight, by sea from Santos or by air from Viracopos, and follow customs clearance with the broker.

  4. Arrival

    We handle foreign exchange and the destination's customs requirements until the cargo reaches the customer.

    27.5 tonnes from Santos to Boston

    445 packages of plywood and furniture for a museum in Boston, by sea via New York. We handled the invoice, the export registration, IBAMA's authorization for the timber, US customs requirements and foreign exchange.

    Spare parts for a vaccine laboratory

    Silicone seals for biosafety doors, bought from a Brazilian manufacturer and exported through Viracopos to a veterinary products laboratory in Bogotá.

Concern Representação Importação Exportação has worked in foreign trade for 30 years, from Indaiatuba, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, and is run by João Batista Jacinto.

We are a few minutes from Viracopos airport and two hours from the port of Santos. We serve customers in Latin America and the United States, in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
